I. temperature
1. the accuracy of the steam temperature of the inlet and outlet shall be no less than 1;
2. the static temperature difference of the outlet steam temperature regulation system is not more than 1.5%.
II. Pressure
1. the accuracy of the steam pressure of the inlet and outlet shall be no less than 1;
2. the static pressure difference of the outlet steam pressure regulation system is not more than 1.5%.
Flow rate
1. the indication of the steam flow rate and the lukewarm water flow rate shall be no less than 1.5;
2. the accuracy of the flow rate of the steam flow and the lukewarm water flow shall not be less than 1.5.
IV. alarm
Setting range of alarm for temperature and pressure of outlet steam:
1. upper limit for the full range of 10-100%
The 2. lower limit is the full range 0-90%
Response time
1. automatic control system: adjust the reaction time less than 1S;
2. sets of exercise: control valve from fully closed to fully open or from full to full closed, the fastest time: 25S + 20% (special requirements will be agreed).

(four) scope of supply;
The range of supply of heat control cabinet is:
1. all instruments and electrical components (including regulators, operators, recorders, display instruments, flow meters, signal lights, buttons, etc.) installed on the dashboard of the heat control cabinet.
2. all instruments and electrical components (servo amplifier, power box, distributor, automatic switch) installed under the dashboard of the heat control cabinet.
3. all test components installed on site (thermocouple or thermal resistor, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, pitot tube or orifice plate, differential pressure transmitter, etc.).
4. actuators installed on site: electric actuators (or pneumatic actuators).
Users only need to install the following installation materials:
1. pressure guiding pipe, interface and needle valve: the pressure pipe outside diameter Phi 14, Phi Phi 10 (6- diameter according to the size of the pressure and the pressure meter); thread M20 * 1.5 (temperature and pressure reduction device or pressure relief device two to pay, only a pair of temperature reducing device).
2. pressure differential transmitter, pressure transmitter (specification Phi 50) installation pipe. Install the anchor bolts of the thermal control cabinet (specifications and quantities can be referenced to the dimension drawing). Control cable a few meters (electric core cable can refer to field instrument wiring diagram).
